In this adventure Inspector Mandalay and Sergeant Barnes are trying to catch 'The Moonlight Marauder', a criminal who is responsible for a series of burglaries that are regularly taking place in and around Little Happining.  But their investigations lead them to murder and they are soon on the hunt for a murderer who has a unique method of dispatching his victims!
